6 million Brits plan a UK trip this Easter equating to £1.5bn in spend

VisitEngland’s latest Trip Tracker Survey today reveals that 6 million Brits (12% of the adult population) are planning an overnight holiday trip in the UK this Easter, with 5 million people (10%) planning on taking an overnight trip in England.This is likely to generate some £1.5bn in tourism spend for the UK economy, £1.2 billion of which will be spent in England.
