The campaign was launched in the US in Autumn 2020, in partnership with Food is GREAT.
Food & Wine was engaged to promote Britain as a tourist destination and showcase our modern and vibrant culinary scene using gin and English sparkling wine as a hook for US consumers.
The partnership delivered two interactive POV-style videos, where visitors could ‘walk’ through the distillery & winery at their own pace. Locations included Cotswolds Distillery & Hush Heath winery in Kent.
It also included two custom articles and influencer content. The campaign drove 211K virtual visits to the UK and over 24 million impressions.
The award was presented at an awards ceremony at the London Transport Museum yesterday and the campaign was selected as a finalist from 500 nominations received from Travelmole's 80,000 subscribers. Winners were selected through a voting process on the Travelmole website.
