European Trade Mission 2026
MeetEngland trade mission to Europe to engage with meeting, incentive, conference, and event organisers from the corporate market.
Introduction
MeetEngland would like to offer Convention Bureau partners the opportunity to participate in a 3-day European trade mission in June/July 2026.

- Dates: 30 June - 2 July 2026, inclusive
- Spaces available: 9 (CVBs only)
- Locations: Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam
- Cost: £3,500 plus VAT
Who is it for?
- English city convention bureaus / local visitor economy partnerships with dedicated business event teams with international remit serving their city and region
- 9 places available
- These will be allocated on a first come first served basis. MeetEngland reserve the right to ensure there is a fair distribution of product representing all areas of England.
- By joining the mission with MeetEngland, all partners must disclose all business enquiries received within two weeks of return and informing the team of later enquiries received during the year.
What is included?
MeetEngland will coordinate the organisation of this trade mission. Attending partners will benefit from the following within the mission fee (£3,500 plus VAT):
- Transfers between cities
- 3 nights’ accommodation (excluding breakfast) at 3/4 star hotels
- Local public transport/taxis for group travel to/from train stations if not walkable
Note that meals not included in the schedule and transport between England to Paris, and Amsterdam to England are not included.

Tuesday 30 June, Paris - British Embassy Offices & Garden
- All day arrivals
- Networking reception with 20-25 French Meeting and Incentive buyers
- Overnight stay in Paris
Wednesday 1 July, Brussels - BBT Summer MICE Fair
- Departure for Brussels
- Attendance at the BBT Summer MICE Fair (15-minute one-to-one meetings with 16 Meeting & Incentive buyers)
- Networking dinner
- Overnight stay in Brussels
Thursday 2 July, Amsterdam - Venue TBC
- Departure for Amsterdam
- Afternoon Tea with 15-20 Dutch Meeting & Incentive buyers
- Overnight stay in Amsterdam (optional)
Friday 3 July, Amsterdam
