Introduction
Promote your destination and partners at IMEX Frankfurt, one of the leading trade shows for the meetings, incentive, conferences and events sector. Held in Germany, this three-day trade show welcomes more than 3,800 event buyers from over 90 countries.
By exhibiting on the MeetEngland stand, you will have the opportunity to meet and source new business opportunities from the international event sector. Exhibitors have access to the online appointment system allowing you to pre-schedule one-to-one meetings with attending buyers who have an interest in your destination or product.

Who is it for?
MeetEngland stand policy – limited places available
MeetEngland’s mandate from VisitEngland is to primarily work with city convention bureaus and Local Visitor Economy Partnerships who have an international strategy for the business events sector. Priority will be given to these organisations to exhibit on the MeetEngland stand with one of their destination partners at their own discretion and management.
There will be a fixed allocation of one table/diary per company available for hotels, event venues and destination management companies which is decided once all city places are confirmed. These spots will be decided on a first come first served basis with spots distributed across all of the three international trade shows across the year (IMEX Frankfurt, IMEX America and IBTM World). MeetEngland reserves the right to ensure there is a fair distribution of product representing all areas of England.
By joining the stand with MeetEngland, all partners must disclose all business enquiries received at the trade show within two weeks of return and inform the team of later enquiries received during the year.
What is included?
MeetEngland will coordinate the England branded stand at IMEX Frankfurt in a central location on one of the main aisles of the trade show floor. Exhibiting partners will benefit from:
- IMEX Frankfurt diary - access to the online portal to organise one to one pre-scheduled appointments with international buyers
- IMEX online portal access - personalised badge and profile on the IMEX portal; including your company description, contact details, company press releases and logo
- Desk board branding - on table for one-to-one appointments
- Inclusion in MeetEngland preshow promotions across newsletters and social media
- 1 place at fringe client events with international buyers off stand (note this may be restricted to one person per shared table)
- Access to seminars and networking sessions in the trade show’s educational programme
- Individual scanner on trade show app to collect opted in data of attending buyers (please note due to GDPR data laws MeetEngland can only share data it collects that contains the necessary approvals)
Single package - £6,000 plus VAT

- 1 diary for appointments
- 1 personalised page on IMEX portal – your company description, contact details, company press releases, logo, etc.
Pair package - £11,000 plus VAT (can be split between both companies as you see fit)
- Pair package for 2 separate companies from the same region
- Table with 4 chairs to accommodate both companies
- 2 diaries for appointments (1 per company)
- 2 personalised pages on IMEX portal – your company description, contact details, company press releases, logo, etc. (1 per company)
