What is the event?
Brazil Roadshow 2024 will allow you to meet with the country’s biggest tourism buyers. There will be full day business rounds in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, both of which are the largest Brazilian cities and sources of tourists to the United Kingdom. Selected buyers will be brought from other regions of Brazil to participate, offering a real opportunity to expand your business throughout Brazil. The format will have a combination of individual appointments and free-flow meetings.
With a limited number of delegates, there is an opportunity for longer appointments, relationship building and networking conversations – important aspects of the Brazilian

- Location: São Paulo & Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Attendee delegate fees:
- UK Supplier - Primary Delegate: £2,800 + VAT
- UK Supplier - Secondary delegate: £1,500 +VAT
- UK Supplier - Brazil based only (workshop only): £1,500 +VAT (limited availability, subject to approval)
- Level of experience required: Experienced.
- Grants: There are currently no grants available through VisitBritain, but is worth checking with your Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) or Destination Management Organisation (DMO) as in some instances grants are available through local authorities to attend overseas trade events.

You will be assisted from start to finish by the local VisitBritain team, who is happy to share their advice and ensure your safety while in Brazil. An agenda with your meetings will be shared prior to the event and will receive the full mailing list of buyers at the end of each day.

- Transport: air tickets, airport transfers to/from the UK

- Visas – however the VisitBritain Brazil team will assist by issuing a visa letter upon UK companies’ request.

For Brazil based only delegates the fee will only include branded table in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Delegate places for Brazil Roadshow are limited, all applications are subject to approval.
Ensure you liaise your Local Tourism Authority (Visit Scotland, Visit Wales) and with your England LVEP if you are based in England before registering.
We aim to provide you with an update on the status of the event and the status of your application shortly after we close registrations and review all applications.

Please do not book flights or any travel until you receive confirmation that your registration has been approved.
The event will only go ahead upon reaching minimum registration numbers; we aim to inform everybody who has registered shortly after we close registations.
By submitting a registration, on approval, you are confirming your attendance to the event.

The calibre of buyers who attended the two events for the Brazil Roadshow was great, they were genuinely interested in planning tours to Britain and staying in our Classic Lodges Hotels – I’ve had confirmations of interest from sending out my follow ups. It was great to be able to also host the Brazilian agents in January that VisitBritain escorted, these opportunities will definitely support our company in securing more business.
