Kinsfolk and Co. is set to debut The Newman hotel in London’s Fitzrovia this autumn. A wellness floor with a salt therapy room and hydrotherapy pool will cater to various wellbeing needs, while an exclusive rooftop area will provide ample space for guests to relax. Soho House Manchester, the first Soho House members’ club in the north of England, is set to open this autumn in the former Granada Studios, above Mollie’s Manchester motel-style hotel. Spanning five floors, it will feature 23 luxury bedrooms, larger suites, and an 80-square-metre two-bedroom private apartment. Facilities for members will include a rooftop pool, steam room, sauna, fine dining restaurant and bar. Membership applications are already open on the Soho House website ahead of the launch.

Its central location places Mayfair’s restaurants, galleries, and shopping within walking distance, with easy access to both the West End and Bond Street.

The Edinburgh 16-20, Edinburgh, Scotland

Located on Castle Street, in the heart of the Scottish capital Edinburgh, The Edinburgh 16-20 is in the final stages of development, with an expected opening in 2025. The 28-room hotel, operated by Perle Hotels Group, will feature views of Castle Rock, and a breakfast area, daytime coffee service, and an evening bar open to both guests and the public.
