Opened April 2026
A new addition to the Curio Collection by Hilton, The Derby London City is within a 10-minute walk of key City landmarks like the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Opening May 2026
Ffarm Hall will put plant-based plates in the spotlight when it reopens under new ownership, becoming Wales’ first fully vegan hotel. The on-site restaurant, The Kitchen, puts an inventive spin on classic British dishes: think tomato fillet steak and sticky toffee pumpkin pudding.
