It is also relevant to a wide range of tourism professionals - from front of house staff working in attractions to staff working for Local Visitor Economy Partnerships (LVEPs).
How are the sessions delivered?
This is self-paced online learning with engaging, interactive activities. The course should take approximately an hour to complete.
