Our Brazil Mission returns in 2026, bringing together leading Brazilian operators and agents with UK suppliers. This exclusive event is limited to 20 carefully selected UK businesses, prioritising those aligned with market demand and offering broad representation of the UK.
Hosted in Brazil’s largest city, São Paulo, this mission provides access to high-quality buyers from across Brazil through one-to-one meetings and networking opportunities.

Attendee delegate fees:
- Primary Delegate: £3,000 + VAT
- Secondary Delegate: £1,500 + VAT (limited availability)
- Grants: Grants are not available through VisitBritain For businesses in England, please check with your Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) for potential funding available.

Eligibility Criteria
- Space is limited on our international events and missions, so we prioritise applications to ensure strong market alignment and broad representation from across the nations and regions of Britain.
- Types of business in demand: accommodation, attractions, destinations, luxury/private transfers.
- Trade readiness: Businesses that have engaged in market support activities and can demonstrate a dedicated strategy for Brazil (including products and services in Brazilian Portuguese).
- Registration may close early if the event reaches capacity.
Who will you meet?
- 20-25 tour operators from São Paulo
- 10-15 buyers from other cities of Brazil, prioritising key sources of travellers to the UK: Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre.
