Update on IPS monthly data

Monthly publications are currently suspended by the ONS due to ongoing work on the Travel and Tourism Reform project. Monthly provisional data is currently only available with the quarterly publications up to Q2 2024. Monthly data beyond this has not been published by the ONS.

About the survey

The International Passenger Survey (IPS) is a continuous survey carried out by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). It covers all major air, sea and tunnel ports, providing detailed information on the numbers and types of visits made by people travelling to and from the UK.
