Beth Knight

Beth was appointed to our Board in October 2023 and is a leading figure in social impact and sustainability. Winner of the Great British Businesswoman Award 2022, she is an experienced business transformation and systems‑change strategist with over twenty years’ global experience across finance, technology and professional services. A working mother of two, she is passionate about equal rights and inclusive business, tackling climate change and innovating through technology.

Beth’s current non-executive positions include Chair of Save the Children’s corporate advisory board, Senior Associate at the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and sponsor of their AI4Good network. She previously served a four‑year term on the Global Reporting Initiative’s Stakeholder Council and helped launch the UK’s first Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Apprenticeship standard.

Her previous roles include Head of Social Sustainability with Lloyds Banking Group, Head of Community Investment for Amazon in Europe and Global Markets Director at Ernst & Young.  She holds a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and has published thought leadership on sustainability, inclusive finance and organisational change.
