Allan Lambert
Introduction
Allan Lambert was appointed as a Board Member to the VisitEngland Advisory Board in March 2018. His current term ends in 2026.
Allan Lambert is an experienced Non-Executive Director and transformation-focused Executive with over 20 years of leadership across tourism, leisure, and hospitality.
He has held senior roles with some of the UK’s most recognisable holiday brands — including Butlins, Haven, Warner Leisure Hotels, and Hoseasons — and has been at the forefront of shaping how the nation holidays. His work has driven innovation, growth, and customer experience across the UK’s thriving domestic tourism sector.
Allan currently serves on the boards of Visit England and Hideaway Holiday Group – Rural Retreats, bringing expertise in strategy, operations, and transformation. He is also the Founder of Coastmoor Associates, a boutique executive coaching and business advisory firm supporting leaders and organisations through growth and change.
A passionate advocate for social mobility and creating opportunities for all, Allan supports a range of charitable and social enterprise initiatives. He has served as a Trustee of the London Early Years Foundation and continues to contribute as a Business Coach for The King’s Trust, Ambassador for the Family Holiday Charity, and Mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation. He believes in tourism as a force for good, capable of driving inclusion, community pride, and shared prosperity.
