Fulham Pier Hotel, London

Opened in November 2025

One of the oldest stands in English football has been transformed to incorporate a luxury hotel and lifestyle destination. Set within the grounds of Fulham FC’s Craven Cottage ground, the Riverside Stand is now home to the 13-bedroom Fulham Pier Hotel. Each room enjoys panoramic views over the River Thames thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, as does the rooftop infinity pool and luxury wellness club. Dining options include Brasserie Constance, Adam Byatt’s modern British restaurant, and the ten-vendor Riverside Market food hall. Plus, there’s exclusive access to Fulham’s first private members’ club, Lighthouse Social, for guests.

Soho House Manchester

Opened in December 2025

Soho House’s first property in northern England – and 48th globally – spans five floors of Manchester’s former Granada Studios complex. The one-time TV studio is a fitting location for the members’ club for creative professionals, taking up three storeys (with limited public access). On the sixth floor are the 22 bedrooms, ranging from cosy doubles and larger suites, and all are designed with Soho House’s trademark mid-century modern (MCM) flair. Joining the hotel in spring 2026 is the Soho Health Club, offering studio spaces, a weights floor and smoothie bar, plus a rooftop pool.

Mollie’s Motel Manchester

Opened in December 2025

Also launching its first northern England location is Mollie’s Motel, the design-led motel chain from Soho House’s founder Nick Jones. Joining sites in Bristol and Oxfordshire, Mollie’s Manchester marks the brand’s first city-centre property and will form part of Soho House’s Manchester complex. The 128-room motel will be complemented by an all-day Mollie’s Diner, with a menu full of American-inspired favourites, while the Studio IV bar will serve up cocktails, small plates and live music throughout the day.

The Hobson Cambridge by Adina, Cambridge

Opened in December 2025

Adina’s debut British aparthotel, The Hobson, has revitalised a Grade II-listed former police station building in central Cambridge. The 56 apartment-style rooms benefit from open-plan living and sleeping spaces, plus a useful kitchenette. On-site conference facilities provide space for up to 32 guests. Adina, a TFE Hotels brand, is also launching its new restaurant concept, Oz & Isle, at the site, fusing British cuisine and ingredients with those from the brand’s home in Australia.

The Wellington Glasgow by Adina, Glasgow

Opened in December 2025

A ten-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station, The Wellington brings TFE Hotels’ Adina aparthotel concept to Scotland. Housed in a grand 19th-century building, the hotel offers 98 bedrooms with kitchenettes and living spaces that make it suitable for both short stays and extended visits. Other shared facilities include a gym, laundry and conference space, as well as a lobby shop and café-bar. A grab-and-go breakfast is available for guests in the lobby each morning.

Brownsover Hall Hotel, Rugby

Reopened in December 2025

The Distinct Hotel Group has breathed fresh life into Warwickshire’s Brownsover Hall Hotel, which has been closed for more than a year. The first phase of the project has refurbished the Grade II-listed 28-bedroom main house, blending period features with contemporary elegancy. Joining it is the all-new Scott’s Brasserie, specialising in modern British classics, while Boughton’s promises a selection of afternoon teas. Now, the focus turns to the hotel’s 21 remaining rooms, spread across the coach house and stable block, with works expected to be completed in spring 2026.

Coming soon

Bertrand’s Townhouse, London

Opening in January 2026

Named after philosopher Bertrand Russell, a member of the influential Bloomsbury Group, Bertrand’s Townhouse is a hat-tip to London’s literary quarter. The 43-bedroom boutique hotel, which incorporates three Georgian terraces in Bloomsbury, is packed with characterful nooks and crannies. Breakfast is served in Ottie’s Salon – named after another Bloomsbury Group member, Lady Ottoline Morrell – and the space is transformed into a speakeasy come the evening. Outside, the Cigar Garden serves spirits alongside a curated cigar selection.

Hotel Indigo Gloucester – The Forum, Gloucester

Opening in February 2026

Part of Gloucester’s £107m Forum development, the 129-room Hotel Indigo is a short walk from the city’s key sights such as Gloucester Cathedral. Guests can choose from standard rooms to suites, with all rooms enjoying views of the city or a private courtyard garden. There are sky-high vistas of the city’s cathedral from a new rooftop bar, while on-site dining facilities are set to include a restaurant and cafe.
