About the Professional Services division
Our HR team provides strategic insight into people issues and champions our organisational culture. They provide a professional and comprehensive service to support and champion our management and employees in achieving business, personal and organisational objectives. Our legal team ensures organisational legal compliance and advises the organisation on legal matters including contracts, data protection and administers the BTA Board, the VisitEngland Advisory Board and the Remuneration and People Performance Committee. The technology and facilities department maintains our technology infrastructure and IT systems used throughout our organisation, as well as our London office environment.
Debra's Biography
Debra joined us in January 2020 as HR and Transformation Director.
An experienced HR Director, she joins us from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) where she held several HR roles including Director of People and Workplace, Director HR and Organisation Development and HR Director. Before that she held positions in other Government departments including HM Revenue & Customs and the Department for Work and Pensions.
