We are currently seeking a fixed term maternity cover Marketing Manager with experience delivering effective integrated international consumer marketing campaigns. They will demonstrate a knowledge across the media mix, have strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, and understand the importance of measuring, optimising and evaluating activity.
Main purpose of the role
The Marketing Manager will play a lead role in the successful delivery of international consumer marketing activity for VisitBritain through the delivery of the GREAT Britain tourism campaign.
You will be responsible for taking international marketing strategies and plans and working with team(s) to develop these into successful end-to-end integrated solus and partnership campaigns. You will ensure activity is audience-first, using data to guide campaign creative development and choice of media and communication channels, and will ensure clear KPIs are set and activity is measured, optimised and evaluated.
You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with agencies and partners, ensuring their high-quality delivery to deadline. You will work as part of a global matrix to deliver activity that is integrated across paid, owned and earned channels, working closely with our central marketing (PR, content and social, digital, and partnerships) and in-market teams.
