The event highlighted how Britain’s nations and regions will celebrate Chinese New Year and showcased new attractions and events launching throughout the Year of the Rooster.
Chinese New Year and the Spring Festival is a peak travel time for Chinese people. In 2017 Chinese New Fear takes place on 27 January, marking the start of the Year of the Rooster. With more Chinese travelling long haul during the Spring Festival than ever before, a record number of cities & towns across the UK are marking the Lunar New Year in some way.
