The partnership will help drive awareness of Virgin Atlantic's seasonal non-stop flights from Boston and San Francisco to Manchester airport. The thrice weekly flights from San Francisco are the first flights to fly directly between the cities.
The campaign promotes Manchester as the gateway to the north of England, featuring the wealth of experiences that are unique to the area, from llama trekking to live music. The website offers visitors a range of itineraries based on themes inspired by I Travel For... passion points including the unexpected, bliss, thrills and characters.
Working with media partners on both sides of the Atlantic, the campaign will run throughout the summer to produce further engaging content and itineraries for the US market.
