The Spain Roadshow offers UK international trade-ready businesses an effective opportunity to connect with Spanish partners. Covering four destinations, it will allow you to meet and do business with a selected audience of key travel agents and tour operators from A Coruña, Madrid, Bilbao and Barcelona. In 2023, this event will be delivered in cooperation with Tourism Ireland.

- Event dates: 16 to 19 October 2023: October 16 - A Coruña; October 17 - Madrid; October 18 - Bilbao; October 19 - Barcelona. Workshops will start at 4pm and finish at 9pm, and will be delivered in the format of free-flow appointments.
- Registration deadline: Registration for the Spain Roadshow 2023 is now closed.
- Location: A Coruña, Madrid, Bilbao and Barcelona, Spain.
- Price: £1,200 +VAT.
- Grants: There are currently no grants available through VisitBritain, but it is worth checking with your Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) or Destination Management Organisation (DMO) as in some instances grants are available through local authorities to attend overseas trade events.
- Level of experience required: Experienced. You should have attended previous training and be actively engaged with the market. Attendees should be relevant to the audience of the event.
Who is it for?
International trade-ready businesses, including (but not limited to) destinations, accommodation providers, DMCs, transport providers and attractions.
Priority will be given to businesses, products and experiences that are particularly relevant to the market, and other experienced UK businesses that are already engaged with international travel trade.

- Accommodation: preferential rates have been contracted with selected hotels, and will be shared once your registration has been approved.
- Transport: if you book in advance, local flights start from £20 +VAT for connecting flights in Spain.
