What is it?

Channel 4 and VisitEngland, in partnership with Visit Scotland and VisitWales, are pleased to launch Mission: Accessible from 14 October which will go live across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

In the Channel 4’s Mission: Accessible series, comedian Rosie Jones is joined by comedy pals James Acaster, Kemah Bob, Harriet Kemsley and Masie Adam, as she travels the length and breadth of Great Britain and stress-tests a host of fun-filled activities from a disabled person’s perspective of someone with accessibility requirements - from caving in the West Country and canal boating in Wales to gliding in Scotland and the BA I360 in Brighton.

Rosie is on a mission to help a different disabled person in each episode plan a fun-filled trip in Britain suited to their specific needs, compiling a comprehensive guide to the ultimate accessible British staycations. The content will go live on Channel 4 Facebook pageChannel 4 Instagram page and Channel 4 YouTube channel

If you run an accessible business, join in the fun on social media by sharing your top tips with us on Twitter @VisitEnglandBiz on how to become accessible, and promote your accessible businesses and destinations to encourage Brits to #EscapeTheEveryday. Watch the films:
