Our COVID-19 international marketing response featured as one of top five global campaigns by Skift

We are delighted that our new initiative to bring a little bit of Britain to international visitors facing coronavirus travel bans has been featured in a new article by Skift, a US-based travel trade media outlet, which rounded up the best current tourism campaigns in the world. 

The article, Tourism promotion campaigns hitting the rights notes in a crisis (Skift, 26 March 2020), praises VisitBritain/VisitEngland's approach to utilise one of our greatest assets - our culture - to inspire visitors and keep Britain front of mind.

The campaign, Showing love for Great Britain, promotes popular British culture from literature, film and music to heritage, gardens and food and drink across our social channels, with the sharing of inspirational content such as recipes, playlists and even pub quizzes for visitors to enjoy and participate with at home.
