In this two-day workshop we will explore how to effectively identify which events are a good “match” for your destination or venue; how to position your offering so that it stands out from the crowd; and how to maximise your chances of bidding success.
We will discuss what factors are key influencers for buyers, effective research methods and how to best showcase what you have to offer.
The course is interactive, with discussion sessions mixed with practical exercises. Attendees will have the opportunity to share experience, advice and best practice with one another, as well as analyse and review a selection of bid examples.
