What do I get?

  • Raise the profile and awareness of English tourism with decision-makers, the media, those who work or are considering a career in the industry
  • A free marketing and communications hook to help you kick start the season and attract visitors in the 'quiet' period between Christmas and Easter.
  • Increase awareness amongst domestic and overseas consumers of the value and quality of the English tourism offer and encourage domestic travel (eg. Microgap opportunities )

What is it?

English Tourism Week will take place on 18-25 April 2020.

Kick-starting the season, ETW is an opportunity to showcase the quality and breadth of the English tourism offer, as well as raise awareness of the value and enormous contribution it makes to the UK economy

Led by VisitEngland, the week celebrates our exciting, diverse and vibrant sector and provides an essential opportunity to raise awareness and the profile of the sector to key stakeholders, with VisitEngland working to support English destinations with political engagement nationally, regionally and locally.

Use the hashtag #EnglishTourismWeek20 to promote your events, plans and special offers for the week.
