The Content Manager QA role sits within the PR, Content and Social team which sits as part of the marketing directorate. This is an exciting time to join the team as we revitalise our brand and transform our digital platforms, including the design and implementation of a global cross channel content strategy.

Main purose of the role

You will be required to plan, create, edit, co-create and commission world-class, customerfocused content across multiple high priority projects in line with our brand. Communication will be a key part of this role – it will be essential to build relationships with the international market teams and a host of people at different levels in different organisations, occasionally having difficult conversations about TOV, brand and QA that does and doesn’t fit (and why). You need to be very comfortable with handling and analysing data, as it’s vital that all our plans are based on insight, and be used to planning content in a busy, multichannel environment. Other key relationships will be with our creative, Digital and SEO agencies so that content can be developed in a collaborative way across channels.
