Main purpose of the role:

VisitBritain ANZ is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with exemplary administrative and organisational skills to support the VB Australian team, optimise their productivity and ensure compliance with all VB policies and procedures.

The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include supporting the team with VB finance processes, coordinating newsletters, reports and presentations, office administration, travel arrangements, events support and diary management.  The Administrative Assistant is a key support to the Country Manager, managing their administration and acting as a Personal Assistant.
