New Partnerships and Transformation Directors appointed

We are delighted to announce two additional appointments to our Senior team. These appointments follow the changes we shared in January 2023, that set us up to deliver our strategy and build for the future.

    • Louise Bryce has been appointed Partnerships Director after a competitive recruitment process. Louise is well known across the industry and has been leading our partnerships team for many years. Her passion and drive for change will be an asset in her new role, where she will lead on building partnerships across all areas of the business and embedding our stakeholder engagement programme.
    • Liz Herridge has been appointed Transformation Director, she will be joining us from National Highways at the beginning of August. Liz has a proven track record in complete organisation transformation of arm’s length bodies including implementation of new operating models, refreshed governance frameworks and new IT strategies. She will be leading on delivering our Building our Future programme to build our digital and data capabilities and embedding new ways of working.

These two appointments complete our team of Directors.

We look forward to continuing to work with our industry partners to ensure that tourism is one of the most successful and productive sectors for the UK economy.
