New accessible tourism market research

We have published new research on non-participation in tourism activities, examining why some people with health conditions do not take holidays.

Researchers, Kantar TNS, conducted 6,171 face-to-face interviews with a representative sample of the GB population between Feb-March 2018. 

Key findings reveal that that £116.7 million would be generated per year if each person with an impairment took a domestic holiday.
