What is it?

Learn how to increase the international appeal of your destination at our workshop. At this session we will discuss the importance of cultural awareness and how to communicate effectively with International Associations based around the globe.

You'll also find out how to demonstrate the importance of the convention bureau whose connections and networks are integral to delivering a successful event. We will also guide you through making your educational/fam trips stand out in a competitive global market.

The workshop will be facilatated by Jane Cunnningham who has held business development roles within a PCO, CVB and a conference centre, and throughout this time has worked closely with International Associations for over 15 years.  Jane joined GainingEdge in 2009 and her main account being BestCities Global Alliance. She has recently embarked upon facilitating at meetings and conferences championing the business events industry and the positive impact of association activities.
