Our marketing response to COVID-19 so far has focused on sharing everything that is great about England – bringing travel content to domestic consumers to help them beat the boredom and keep England top of mind during the crisis phase. Thank you for helping us to highlight your virtual experiences and heart-warming people and community stories.
As lockdown restrictions gradually begin to lift in England and businesses in England make preparations to re-open we will inspire Brits with wish list-style content to dream about exploring England and planning their next domestic holiday for when they will be able to travel domestically again.
How to get involved
We want you to help us to inspire them by sharing the following for consideration and potential use on our England consumer marketing channels:
- Stories of people / tourism businesses that are adapting and / or innovating as they re-open – creative and unique examples
- Hidden gem content / story ideas (e.g. walks, trails, stately homes, gardens, Instagrammable villages, lesser known locations etc.) Please provide a brief paragraph on the hidden gem and a web link to more information on your destination/partner website and be able to provide relevant imagery
- News and major up-coming events (where applicable, including stand-out virtual experiences)
