As the HR team is currently in a phase of transition we are recruiting HR Administrator on a fixed-term basis to provide a resource for establishing a stronger platform of policies, procedures and systems and a new way of working with the organisation. The team structure will then be reviewed for its longer team resource needs.
This is one of two new roles created to achieve two objectives. The first is to deliver improvements to internal P&T administrative procedures, systems and practices and to release the Advisors to focus on business partnering. The second is to provide HR administrative support to the team and all employees. This role will work closely with the HR Advisors and provide efficient administrative support across all aspects of HR Operations to ensure effective delivery of the service is maintained.
Whilst experience of HR is highly desirable, previous administrative experience is essential. We are looking for someone who is a positive and proactive team player, identifies solutions and takes forward their delivery and has a strong customer focus. We are particularly keen to find a candidate with good skills, and interest in, systems and data. Experience of CIPHR is also highly desirable.
