Visit Britain has a central marketing team based in London (circa 45 people) that is responsible for strategy, systems, tools, frameworks, expertise, campaigns, content, social,etc and offices around the world who develop local strategies in order to maximise the ROI for our marketing.
This role leads the digital and content team that is part of the central marketing team. The digital and content team was set up 2 years ago and currently focused on B2C. The team has been successfully formed, has developed scalable global digital, content and own channel strategies in partnerships with market teams and has a solid 3 year plan aligned to business objectives and customer needs. This role will take VBs digital and content strategy onto the next stage. Currently this team is responsible for B2C platforms and content; B2B and corporate platforms and content sit elsewhere in the organisation. This role will lead and integrate digital systems, tools and platforms across the organisation integrating B2C, B2B and corporate to drive consistent ways of working, find efficiencies across content development, platform management and optimisation to deliver ROI, remove duplication of effort and tell a joined up brand Britain story.
