What is it?

This event is for UK destinations, tourism businesses and suppliers to meet and do business with around 100 carefully selected buyers from across the USA and Canada, with a two-day workshop of pre-scheduled one-to-one appointments.  The event will take place at The Loews Hollywood Hotel, Los Angeles.

 

Schedule

Monday 25th September           Buyers and suppliers arrive at The Loews Hollywood Hotel (plan your arrival in time to join an early evening welcome reception)
                                                  Evening welcome cocktail reception for all delegates
                                                  Dinner at own expense

Tuesday 26th September          Breakfast in hotel
                                                   Full day of pre-scheduled one to one appointments
                                                   Dinner at own expense

Wednesday 27th September     Breakfast in hotel
                                                   Full day of pre-scheduled one to one appointments
                                                   Poolside Cocktail reception for all delegates
                                                   Gala dinner for all delegates

Thursday 28th September         Breakfast in hotel
                                                   Delegates depart

  • 3 nights accommodation at The Loews Hollywood Hotel

  • Welcome networking cocktail reception on the first evening
  • Cocktail reception and gala dinner on final evening
  • Pre-scheduled one to one appointments with buyers.  Each primary delegate receives an individual set of appointments. Secondary delegates share appointments with the primary.

 

Payment is required within 30 days of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing by a member of the VisitBritain Events Team.
