Latest Data

Using the links below, you'll find the latest available data from the International Passenger Survey, giving information on visits to the UK by overseas residents.

The survey is run by the Office for National Statistics (ONS).  Click here for an Excel file with publication dates, or for more information about the survey and other frequently asked questions please see our 'About the Survey' page.

Note: The International Passenger Survey is based on a sample of departing visitors, therefore all figures are 'estimates'.  Additionally, spending estimates rely on respondents being able to accurately recollect how much they have spent during their visit to Britain.  The number of visitors interviewed varies from month to month, but is typically between 4,000-5,000.
