VisitBritain will be stepping down from leading on this initiative.
National tourism weeks will be now led by the tourist organisations; VisitEngland, the Wales Tourism Alliance and the Scottish Tourism Forum (who latter two already hold their own successful Wales and Scottish Tourism Weeks respectively). The dates and details are yet to be announced.
