VisitBritain’s Chairman Christopher Rodrigues provides strategic leadership in our work to boost tourism to and within Britain, leading the delivery of a new era of greater coherence and partnership for visitor economy.

The Chairman works with VisitBritain's private and public sector partners in Scotland, Wales and throughout the regions of England to aid us in strengthening the marketing of Britain as a tourist destination overseas. Read more about our Chairman, Christopher Rodrigues in The Board.

Chief Executive

The Chief Executive is responsible for the day-to-day running of VisitBritain, in London and overseas, developing and leading strategies for the marketing of British tourism and working in close partnership with all our stakeholders in developing them.  Alongside the Chairman, she works to ensure that overseas tourism is high on the political and economic agenda.

Together, their leadership will help us maximise the UK-wide tourism benefits of the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games as well as other major events like the Ryder Cup in 2010, the Commonwealth Games in 2014 and the Rugby World Cup in 2015.
